Job Summary

As Warehouse Supervisor at L&S Mechanical, you will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.

Primary Functions

1. Supervise active floor operations (80%)
2. Assist with inventory control management
3. Lead a team of 1-10 Warehouse Associates
4. Implement and revise SOPs
5. Run and interpret reports such as:

• Open Order Report
• Released Report
• Unreleased Report
• Partial Release Report
• WMS reports

Coordinate staff schedules and suggest shift adjustments

Ensure health and safety policies are followed and safety issues are addressed

Mentor and train Warehouse Associates I-III, participate in hiring, and promote accountability

Provide excellent internal and external customer service

Communicate proactively with management

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical demands, including working outdoors in various weather conditions, climbing ladders, and lifting over 50 pounds
• Forklift certification
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and equipment
• Positive attitude and quality-focused work ethic
• Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and ability to stand/walk for long periods
• Experience with Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables
• Teamwork mentality
• 2-5 years of warehouse experience at L&S Mechanical or equivalent
• Problem-solving skills
