Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and keep things running smoothly on the shop floor. This role is all about driving efficiency, maintaining quality, and leading a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met

  • Monitor operating results to keep production on schedule and shipments on time

  • Supervise and train production staff, ensuring proper equipment use and safe practices

  • Manage workflow, scheduling, and materials to meet customer specifications

  • Interface with management to coordinate equipment purchases, repairs, and upgrades

  • Maintain accurate production reporting and streamline recordkeeping systems

  • Lead, motivate, and develop employees while addressing performance issues as needed

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • 2+ years of prior supervisory experience

  • Strong skills in communication, organization, and leadership

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and work well under pressure

  • A hands-on leader who motivates teams and enforces safety and quality policies
