Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Philadelphia area is seeking a warehouse supervisor to plan and execute daily manpower requirements, aiming to keep overtime to a minimum while maintaining safety and service levels.

You will lead daily shift meetings, assign duties, manage workflows, and train staff on SOPs, with a focus on productivity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 3–5+ years in warehousing and 0–1+ years in people leadership.
• Alternately, a High School Diploma with 5+ years in warehousing and 2–3+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Position Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily manpowerrequirementsfor current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
