Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for Northeast Arkansas manufacturing operations, leading a team of about 20 hourly associates to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to internal and external customers.

Shifts run Friday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (12-hour nights). The role requires supervisory experience in manufacturing/logistics and willingness to work flexible shifts, with SAP experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• Supervisor or Management experience in a manufacturing, logistics, shipping, warehouse, or industrial environment.
• Willing and able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership to the warehouse team.
• Plan and direct all shipping and receiving daily to meet schedules and targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and housekeeping requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide training and develop the team.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and closure plans.
• Review trends for key performance metrics.
• Coach and develop team members, administer performance feedback.
• Allocate resources to tasks, roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure policy, procedure, compliance, and labor agreement adherence.
• Ensure daily quality and accuracy expectations are met.

Your Job

Georgia-Pacific is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Northeast Arkansas manufacturing operations. This individual will provide frontline leadership and support to a team of roughly 20 hourly warehouse associates who collaborate to ensure timeline and accurate delivery of product to our internal and external customers.

Schedule

Friday–Sunday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)

Our Team

Georgia-Pacific Northeast Arkansas facilities produce plastic packaging products under the Anchor Packaging name. These 3 locations employee :900 individuals dedicated to applying innovative processes to produce high-quality rigid containers and cling film for the food service industry.

What You Will Do

• Provide vision and leadership to all team members.
• Plan and direct all shipping and receiving daily to ensure shipping schedules and targets are met
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and housekeeping requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide training and facilitate team development.
• Manage continuous improvement opportunities and provide leadership/action plans for gap closure.
• Review and analyze trends for key performance measures.
• Coach, counsel and develop team members. Ensure timely feedback. Administer performance management.
• Allocate human resources to tasks, roles, and responsibilities.
• Ensure team compliance with policies, procedures, compliance standards, regulatory requirements and the labor agreement.
• Ensure that quality and accuracy expectations are followed and met on a daily basis.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Supervisor or Management experience in a manufacturing, logistics, shipping, warehouse, or industrial environment
• Willing and able to work any shift, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with Warehouse and Labor management systems
• Experience using SAP
