Job summary

Pomp’s is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee delivery scheduling, inventory management, and warehouse personnel supervision. The role emphasizes efficiency, safety, and accurate stock control in a fast-paced tire service environment.

You will organize warehouse layouts, manage shipments, and ensure timely deliveries to clients and service locations, contributing to daily operations and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of the AS400 system.
• Knowledge of the commercial tire market, including sizing and application.
• Ability to analyze sales data and forecast future demand.
• Class ‘A’ CDL preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical capability to lift, push, carry, and move up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Order tires as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Organize and arrange the warehouse layout to maximize space efficiency.
• Oversee inventory rotation to ensure proper stock management.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Deliver tires to clients and service locations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
