Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily operations of a fast-paced distribution center, ensuring receipt, storage and shipment of supplies safely and accurately to healthcare providers nationwide.

You will direct and develop a team of warehouse professionals, foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement, and monitor performance while optimizing space and protecting equipment.

• Lead day-to-day activities of employees. Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts and provides technical guidance on more complex issues. Provide input into hiring, firing and performance reviews.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues.

Job Description

Ensure the accuracy of the inventory.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree a plus.

Relevant Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff. - At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$67,000.00 - $101,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
