Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee efficient and profitable warehouse operations in Manassas, VA. You will coordinate with other departments, ensure safety, and deliver reliable reports.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred) and at least five years of related experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least five years of related experience; supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and traverse all areas of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient warehouse operations through cross-department coordination.
• Prepare and submit all required management reports.
• Perform maintenance activities as needed.
• Research and present ideas to improve warehouse operations.
• Attend and participate in scheduled and impromptu meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies at all levels.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and profitably.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.
• Completes all required management reports.
• Executes maintenance activities when needed.
• Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve warehouse operations.
• Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings.
• Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• At least five years of related experience required; supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
