Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Lacey, WA, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure daily operations, oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and maintain inventory accuracy. You will lead and mentor staff, enforce procedures, and align with Medline Core Values.

This role requires 3+ years of supervisory warehouse experience, a high school diploma (associate’s preferred), and a track record of improving safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience with basic skills.
• Experience leading day-to-day warehouse operations and driving productivity.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee daily warehouse operation including processing, packaging and storage of supplies and equipment.
• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.
• Ensure routine paperwork is completed accurately and on time; maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead daily activities, assign tasks, monitor progress and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.

Job SummaryResponsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversee materials are received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with established procedures. Direct and supervise warehouse staff. Review effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization and protection of equipment.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Ensure overtime is maintained within budget allotted. - Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Ensure the accuracy of the inventory.Account for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities. Audit goods received into warehouse.Coach and mentor team members in the areas of productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.Ensure all routine paperwork is completed on time and are filled out accurately.Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.Lead day-to-day activities of employees. Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts and provides technical guidance on more complex issues. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
