Job summary

Medline Industries is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations, including receiving, storage, packing and shipping of materials. You will supervise staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive safe, efficient processes in line with Medline Core Values.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory and warehouse experience, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will mentor the team and work with customer service to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.
• Basic or intermediate warehouse operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Ensure overtime is maintained within budget allotted.
• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of the inventory and audit goods received into warehouse.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values.

Job SummaryResponsible for the daily administration and operation of the warehouse. Oversee materials are received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with established procedures. Direct and supervise warehouse staff. Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts and provides technical guidance on more complex issues. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
