Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to lead daily operations within the warehouse, ensure safety compliance, and drive efficiency through coaching and performance reviews.

You will plan work assignments, monitor processes, and validate payroll while selecting candidates who fit the company culture. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work non-traditional shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience; 5 preferred of relevant work.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
• Ability to process Information including calculating, auditing, analyzing, and/or verifying information.
• Interacting with computers to set up functions, enter data, or process information.
• Strong Communication skills - Communicating with superiors, peers, or subordinates
• Ability to operate vehicles, mechanized devices, or equipment
• Maintain safe work environment

Compensation Details

Annual Salary Range of $66,000.00 - $82,650.00 per year
