Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD) is seeking dedicated associates for on-site roles in a temperature-controlled warehouse. Positions include selectors/pickers and general associates, with night shifts and 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities include order picking, packing, inspection, and maintaining inventory accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Candidates should be comfortable in freezer/cooler environments, lift up to 75 lbs, and adapt to a fast-paced team

All Associates

• Must have experience usingmaterial handling equipmentsuch aspallet jacks, stand-up trucks, stand-up dock trucks,and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify the accuracy of orders and product quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
• Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
• Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols

Selectors/Pickers

• Must have experience meeting/exceeding a cases per hour (CPH) standard
• Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products

What You’ll Bring

• Must have one (1)yearofexperiencein food distribution
• Must havewarehouse experience/using material handling equipment within the past six (6) months
• Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments
• Listing up to 75lbs continuously
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scannerspreferred

Schedule & Setting

• Sunday through Wednesday or Sunday through Tuesday & Friday 9 pm to 5:30 am
• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer:-5°F to 38°F)
• Must be available to work at night, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation
• Must be able to work until all tasks are completed

Pay & Benefits

• $23.23/hr, not including pay for performance (PFP)
• After your 90-day probation period, the pay will increase to$25.34/hr.Not including pay for performance (PFP)
• Weekly pay(every Friday)
