Medline Jeffersonville, IN is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations on-site. You will oversee receipt, storage and shipment, ensure inventory accuracy and supervise staff, coaching them toward productivity and safety.

The role supports the warehouse manager and interacts with customer service to resolve issues. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with an Associate’s degree a plus, and at least 3 years in supervision and warehouse work.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience with basic skill level.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and sustain standing/walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and shipment of materials.
• Lead day-to-day activities of warehouse staff and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure procedures, space utilization, and equipment protection are followed.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and maintain inventory accuracy.

Oversee materials are received, stored, shipped and reported in accordance with established procedures. Direct and supervise warehouse staff. Review effectiveness of operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization and protection of equipment.* Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
