Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work weekends/non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage daily labor needs and identify efficiency opportunities within staffing and/or work volume.
• Redirect resources to meet customer demand and ensure on-time delivery.

Job SummaryAssist branch leadership with the overall supervision and workflow of the building with the end goal of accuracy of inventory, on-time order processing and accurate delivery of product to the customer.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Analyze and manage the daily labor needs and identify areas of efficiency within staffing and/or work volume. Redirect resources as necessary around the building to meet the needs of the customer.Review scheduling completed by supervisors to ensure coverage at all times as well as balance of work hours to enable consistent flow of work out if the building. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
