Find Great People | FGP is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead and enhance warehouse activities in Humble, TX. You will oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries while optimizing processes that support our operational goals.

Responsibilities include planning shipping, conducting cycle counts, enforcing controls on receipts, and driving improvements to reduce quality issues and customer complaints.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain operations within a manufacturing or production company; export experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Plan, monitor, and improve shipping schedules and execution to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Oversee physical inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective action plans to improve inventory accuracy and product condition.
• Implement controls for the receipt of supplies and products, ensuring materials are received within established timelines.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce the risk of product quality issues and customer complaints.
• Apply inventory replenishment and rotation policies to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Monitor warehouse capacity and storage conditions to ensure suitable and efficient use of space.
• Keep warehouse procedures up to date and coordinate employee training on applicable BASC and ISO requirements.
• Monitor warehouse expenses and ensure they are managed in line with the area’s budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and address unsafe conditions in the workplace.
• Monitor departmental goals and KPIs, and coordinate action plans to support continuous improvement.
