We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our satellite last-mile delivery warehouse in the Houston area. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of inventory inbounds and outbounds of materials, managing a small team, ERP systems. This position involves a variety of tasks and maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. The successful candidate will be in communication with HQ team members, local in-house installers and 3PL partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Storing Inventory: Receive and inspect incoming shipments of batteries, inverters, and other materials. Record and track items using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Kitting Job Kits: Assemble job kits based on Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, including sorting, labeling, and storing materials efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies as needed.
  • Forklift and Pallet Jack Operation: Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials and equipment within the warehouse.
  • Loading and Unloading: Unload pallets from semis and load pallets onto box trucks. Ensure that materials are handled with care and in a timely manner.
  • Manual Labor: Lift between 50-70 lb regularly, and two lifts for anything exceeding 70LB. This requires physical stamina and attention to safety.
  • Recycling: Manage the recycling of materials as needed, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Hotshot Deliveries: Occasionally perform onsite hotshot deliveries, driving to various locations to deliver materials on time.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to Lift between 50-70 lbs.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics preferred.
  • Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must be comfortable with manual labor and working in a physically demanding environment.

Pay range: $50,000-$65,000
