Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Grand Forks, ND facility.

The role is on-site and full-time, supervising daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient handling of freight and inventory, and leading the warehouse team to maintain smooth operations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of warehouse experience, with supervisory experience preferred, forklift certification or ability to obtain it, and a strong commitment to safety and

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Experience in warehouse personnel, inventory, and daily operations management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of freight and inventory.
• Lead warehouse team to ensure that operations run smoothly.
• Assist in dispatching and serve as backup to Regional Driver Manager.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments to meet customer and company expectations.
• Ensure all freight is loaded, unloaded, stored, and shipped accurately while minimizing damage and loss.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations, OSHA standards, and housekeeping expectations.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices.
• Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, customer concerns, and shipping discrepancies.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities
