Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage & Logistics in Arizona seeks a Warehouse Manager to supervise a team in a fast-paced, cold-storage environment and ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will recruit, train and develop staff; oversee WMS usage, scheduling and performance; and foster a culture of accountability, integrity and teamwork while maintaining cold-chain standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 4 years warehouse management experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong leadership, with emphasis on guiding and developing a team, customer service, communications, and planning.
• Ability to solve problems and present information effectively to customers, clients, and employees.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Ability to withstand cold storage temps for extended periods of time (warm gear provided by company).
