Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and help ensure the products healthcare providers depend on are received, stored, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time.

In this role, you'll guide and develop warehouse team members, coordinate workflow, protect inventory accuracy, and continuously improve safety, quality, productivity, and equipment utilization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree a plus.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience.
• Basic skill level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment.
• Ensure overtime is maintained within budget allotted; oversee receipts, storage and shipments and related reporting.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and accountability for all materials in stores facilities.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values; ensure timely paperwork.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and support hiring/performance processes.

In this role, you'll guide and develop warehouse team members, coordinate workflow, protect inventory accuracy, and continuously improve safety, quality, productivity, and equipment utilization.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment. Ensure overtime is maintained within budget allotted. Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Ensure the accuracy of the inventory. Account for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities. Audit goods received into warehouse. Coach and mentor team members in the areas of productivity, quality, safety and Medline Core Values. Ensure all routine paperwork is completed on time and are filled out accurately. Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment for all team members. Lead day-to-day activities of employees. Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts and provides technical guidance on more complex issues. Provide input into hiring, firing and performance reviews. Work with customer service to resolve warehouse related issues.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Associate’s degree a plus.

Certification / Licensure: None

Work Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff. At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $67,000.00 - $101,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
