The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, and logistics coordination. This role ensures efficient inventory flow, optimizes storage space, and maintains accuracy in stock levels while adhering to company policies and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising the receiving process, coordinating inbound logistics, managing replenishment processes, overseeing put-away operations, developing and implementing inventory control measures, training and leading warehouse personnel, ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations, monitoring KPIs, collaborating with procurement and sales teams, maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness, and addressing issues related to damaged goods or order discrepancies. Required knowledge and skills include strong knowledge of warehouse receiving, inventory management, logistics coordination, experience with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, communication skills, and knowledge of workplace safety regulations. Forklift certification is a plus. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred) and 3+ years of warehouse operations experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
