SERVPRO of Beverly Hills is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, inventory control, fleet readiness, and safety compliance, ensuring our field teams have the equipment, materials, and resources needed to respond quickly and deliver exceptional service when customers need us most.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in operations, inventory control, logistics, or leadership.
• Mechanical aptitude to inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with technicians, supervisors, vendors and management.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a warehouse.
• Leadership mindset; self-motivated and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse Operations: Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse, yard, and storage areas.
• Manage Inventory: Track equipment and consumables, oversee shipping and receiving, and ensure crews have the supplies they need.
• Support Fleet Readiness: Coordinate vehicle maintenance, maintain service records, and ensure company vehicles remain clean and operational.
• Maintain Equipment: Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and track restoration equipment to maximize uptime.
• Drive Safety & Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety procedures, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure proper use of equipment and PPE.
• Support Operations: Assist field teams with equipment deliveries, job site support, and other operational needs as required.

The Role: Warehouse Supervisor
