Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a hands-on supervisor to manage day-to-day operations in our California distribution center. You will lead hourly associates, coordinate production and staffing, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include communicating with managers, monitoring order accuracy, conducting performance reviews, training staff, and generating labor reports. A strong work ethic and proficiency with MS Word/Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years supervisory experience.
• High School or greater educational background.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; completes performance reviews and provides feedback to direct reports.
