Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Maryland operation. This on-site role in Capitol Heights involves coaching warehouse staff, driving safety, and ensuring daily performance targets are met.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, forklift operation, and 7+ years in a similar scope. We offer competitive pay and benefits as part of a growing national distributor for professional contractors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Forklift experience may be preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Manages and ensures achievement of performance goals and other policies & procedures.
• Ensures a safe working environment for all associates, including championing safety programs and initiatives.
• Assists in the warehouse as needed.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• May act as a manager and performs other duties as assigned.
