Roy​al Electric is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Sacramento, CA to lead a team of warehouse associates and drivers, ensuring safe, efficient operations and meeting quality/service/cost targets. You will verify inbound materials, label returns, and coordinate shipments to various construction sites.

The role requires 2–5 years warehousing experience, a valid license, forklift certification, and strong communication. We offer competitive hourly wages, benefits, and a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of related warehouse experience.
• Valid driver license with clean DMV.
• Ability to operate a forklift and obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to perform duties safely and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates/drivers to meet targets for quality, service and costs.
• Receive and verify materials, check quantities and quality.
• Label and return materials and tools to proper areas.
• Pull supply orders and perform periodic inventory counts.
• Coordinate loading and delivery of products to construction sites.
• Operate forklift to stock, unload, or load materials.
• Prepare and update intake and delivery paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in pre-fabrication tasks as needed.

We have a current opening for a Warehouse Supervisor at our Sacramento, CA office.

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of warehouse associates/drivers to guarantee targets for quality/service/costs are achieved while working with the other Leads & Warehouse/Prefab Manager to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:

• Partners with the other Leads & Warehouse/Prefab Manager to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Leads a team of warehouse associates/drivers to guarantee targets for quality/service/costs are achieved
• Receives and checks-in material/equipment while verifying quantities and quality of received materials
• Ensures that materials & tools from jobsite cleanup are labeled and returned to the appropriate area
• Pulls supply orders and performs periodic counts of inventory
• Coordinates & performs preparation, loading, & delivery of products to various construction job sites based on direction by site management
• Operates forklift as needed to stock, unload, or load materials
• Produces and updates intake and delivery paperwork as needed
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• May assist in pre-fabrication tasks (i.e., kitting material, taping conduit)

• High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent
• Two to five years related warehouse experience and/or training, experience driving trucks, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver license with clean DMV
• Ability to operate a forklift and obtain forklift certification
• Ability to perform, execute, and explain duties safely
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, Etc.)

Special Considerations

• Must be a least 21 years of age

Salary

• $30-35/hr
