Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Live our mission statement centered on our values of respect, service, and excellence
2. Assists the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations including personnel
3. Assists with aspects of warehouse inventory control
4. Manages the loading and unloading of exterior building products such as siding, windows, and gutter
5. Coordinates shipments to ensure deliveries are on time and accurate
6. Works alongside warehouse associates in loading/unloading trucks
7. Assists with daily cycle counts for inventory accuracy
8. Verifies accuracy of orders picked and shipments received
9. Knows how to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
10. Keeps warehouse clean and orderly

Qualifications:

1. Prior warehouse management experience (preferred)
2. 3+ years of previous material-handling experience
3. Forklift certification and experience driving a box truck (preferred)
4. Ability to lead a team and/or work one-on-one with our customers
5. Ability and willingness to lift boxes and specific building materials weighing as much as 70+ lbs
6. Ability to work successfully under the pressure of deadlines and to accept new ways of doing business
7. High integrity, high energy, and a positive attitude
