We are looking for a Warehouse Stocking - Team Lead to join our expanding team. This role involves planning, guiding, and directing team members to meet daily inventory and productivity goals, handling administrative duties, troubleshooting, training, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

The Warehouse Stocking - Team Lead will:

• Ensure team adherence to procedures, safety, productivity, and quality goals.
• Assist in training new associates.
• Maintain effective communication across departments.
• Oversee the internet order process, including picking, sorting, packing, and processing.
• Support receiving and inventory teams in prioritizing incoming products.
• Monitor systems and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep work areas safe and clean.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Availability to work weekends.
• Excellent attendance record.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• 1 year of stocking/receiving experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
