The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accuracy in handling products. The position requires lifting up to 75 pounds and standing for long periods, with on-site training and a shift differential where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Average reading and good counting skills.
• Ability to walk, stand, push, squat, bend, and reach overhead frequently.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pick zones by keeping product organized on shelves.
• Stock cases of product weighing up to 75lbs to meet demand.
• Check work for quality and accuracy to ensure customer experience.
• Interact with headsets and scanners to follow directions.
