Qualifications

• Must be literate and able to understand product numbers and line codes to insure proper retrieval of product for shipment.
• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; write legibly.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply/divide with 10s and 100s.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise received from the manufacturer onto assigned shelf.
• Replenish shelves as required.
• Operate RF scanning equipment.
• Adherence to the Stockroom Housekeeping Policy and safety rules including hazardous materials handling.
• Occasional use of forklift with certification.
• Monitor and report space requirements of stocking locations to supervisor.
