Job summary

S.P. Richards Company is seeking a part-time warehouse associate at the Perris, California distribution center. The role focuses on stocking merchandise, maintaining shelf integrity, and ensuring safe, accurate fulfillment for customer orders.

Standard hours are 8:30am–1:30pm, Monday through Friday, with an hourly rate starting at $21.00 and increasing to $24.11 after 12 months of employment. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to write legibly.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise received from the manufacturer onto assigned shelf.
• Replenish shelves as required.
• Operate RF scanning equipment.
• Follow safety rules and handle hazardous materials.
• Occasionally use forklift with certification.
