Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Stock Worker and Receiver at the IR - HAGERSTOWN WAREHOUSE. This full-time role supports warehouse operations by receiving merchandise, unloading goods, stocking shelves, and assisting customers with order placement.

You will work on weekdays morning shifts, with details provided during interview. Responsibilities include verifying shipments, processing various freight, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and rotating stock to ensure freshness.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of warehouse or related experience.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• May require forklift operation certification.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
• Receives, lifts, moves, stores, issues, counts, sorts, weighs, and verifies items on requisitions or invoices.
• Receives and processes a wide variety of incoming freight daily across perimeter buildings.
• Compares shipments to bills of lading, invoices, orders, or records to verify information.
• Coordinates delivery schedules with vendors and internal departments.
• Unpacks, inspects, rejects damaged items, and records shortages.
