Job summary

Sodexo is hiring for a Stock Worker and Receiver at the IR NEW CASTLE Warehouse (New Castle, DE). This full-time role covers receiving merchandise, unloading goods, stocking shelves and assisting customers with order placement.

Expect weekdays in morning shifts with additional duties as needed and interview-based details. Ideal candidates have 0-1 year of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and may need a driver's license or forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of warehouse experience or related.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand long periods.
• May require a valid driver's license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and records incoming/outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
• Receives, lifts, moves, stores, issues, counts, sorts, weighs items and verifies against invoices.
• Unpacks and inspects shipments, notes shortages, and coordinates with shipper to rectify issues.
• Fills orders, issues supplies from stock and rotates stock to maintain freshness.
• Coordinates delivery schedules with vendors and internal departments.
