The role is part-time, physical, and fast-paced, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight. You’ll work with customers and teammates, using equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience operating forklift/power equipment preferred.
• Warehouse experience with inventory handling and stocking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous customer service and help shoppers with questions.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Verify deliveries and prep docks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow hazardous materials procedures.
• Operate scanners and store equipment as needed.
• Contribute as a team member on additional tasks.
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage deliveries.
• Load orders with accuracy and safe loading practices.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• Follow Delivery Readiness best practices.
