Job summary

QXO in Tupelo, MS is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts, load and unload materials, and maintain inventory in all weather. Daily duties include verifying orders, keeping records, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Candidates should have forklift experience, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and be able to start early. Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus. QXO offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials in warehouse and yard.
• Work outdoors with exposure to all weather conditions
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets)
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
• Preserve safe and clean work environment which includes cleaning and painting
