Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Flower Mound, TX. The role involves receiving, picking, sortation, and loading using RF scanning and Voice Pick Technology. A fast-paced environment requires reliability, accuracy, and teamwork to meet daily targets.

Full-time schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with overtime. Competitive benefits apply; prior warehouse experience is a plus. Training provided to operate WMS systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of a variety of basic topics (math, reading, basic accounting, typing, etc.).
• Prior experience working in a warehouse/distribution center a plus.
• Warehouse/Operations certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload pallets and cases; verify and document variances using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology.
• LUM Picking: select products per directions; place items into totes on conveyor; remove empty cartons.
• Sortation: set up pallets and carts; move cartons to pallets/carts per batch.
• Loading: ensure totes and pallets are loaded onto trucks using RF scanner and pallet jack.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and perform inventory as required.
