Job summary

Incora is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Northlake, TX to support receiving, stock, picking, packing, and shipping activities. You will follow documented work instructions, count and label items, and prepare shipments with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehousing, strong teamwork, and the ability to use MS Office tools. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and timely customer service, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years general warehousing, inventory control, and/or shipping experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in professional daily interaction.
• Ability to learn and use integrated database systems including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Learn, maintain, and apply accurate knowledge of Incora warehouse work instructions.
• Count, bag, and label per warehouse/customer requirements.
• Package and prepare material for shipment.
• Utilize shipping system to ship product and track deliveries.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits for accurate records.
• Identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain safety standards and operate equipment as trained.
