Job summary

Affinity Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Warehouse Support team member to assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing products while ensuring smooth operations.

The role offers a practical, hands-on environment with a schedule of Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m., up to 28 hours per week, focusing on teamwork and reliability. Competitive hourly wage and 401(k) contributions are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload food products, freight, and POS materials.
• Receive deliveries and stock warehouse inventory.
• Organize coolers, freezers, and storage areas.
• Assist with sample preparation for sales presentations and food shows.
• Light facilities cleaning and general housekeeping (sweeping, tidying, garbage removal).
• Support sales and culinary teams with event setup and breakdown.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and managers to ensure smooth operations.

This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through receiving, organizing, and distributing products and materials. This role reports to the Market Manager.

A Typical Week Might Include The Following

• Loading and unloading food products, freight, and POS materials
