Job summary

Vaupell in Everett, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, picking orders, inventory, cycle counting, packaging, and shipping. Shift is Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.

You will perform forklift tasks, document preparation, data entry, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include packaging, dispatching inventory, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate stock counts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of internal warehouse practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Package parts after assembly to stock or ship per work instructions.
• Dispatch inventory to stock, work-in-process, or shipping.
• Prepare reports and documents.
• Input data into computer systems.
• Count and verify inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
• Follow all Vaupell policies, SOPs and safety practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
