Job summary

RCS Moving LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Lorton, VA. The role supports daily warehouse operations for residential and commercial moving and storage, maintaining a clean and safe environment, assisting with inventory, and ensuring proper material handling for on-time dispatch.

Responsibilities include labeling and storing items, assisting with daily procedures, and following safety guidelines. Forklift certification is preferred; training may be available.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily warehouse operations and support moving and storage services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Label, store, and organize storage areas, racks, and containers.
• Prepare warehouse, trucks, and equipment each morning for dispatch.
• Receive, label, inventory, and place household goods and materials.
• Track material usage for billing and inventory purposes.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified).
• Complete warehouse documentation and daily timesheets on time.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
