Job summary

Travis Association for the Blind/Austin Lighthouse (TAB) is hiring for a warehouse associate in Austin, TX. The role involves processing production orders, loading/unloading materials, and ensuring accurate inventory and safety compliance.

You will work with RF equipment and an ERP system, perform cycle counts, and maintain equipment and workspace. Equal opportunity employer; background check required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift Certification required within 90 days of job entry date.
• Familiarity with RF equipment and ERP systems (Syteline CloudSuite Industrial) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process production orders and incoming material, following company procedures.
• Ensure production orders are pulled correctly and documented. Final disposition to production floor.
• Mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, and lifting devices.
• Inspect product loads for accuracy and safely move them in the warehouse.
• Weigh materials or products and record data on tags or labels.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain and operate company property and equipment per practices.
• Follow safety and personnel rules and regulations.
• Keep shelves, pallet areas, and workstations clean and organized.
• Perform other related duties as required.
