Job summary

Electric Mirror LLC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will receive, store, move, pick, pack, and distribute materials, ensuring accurate inventory and smooth material flow across production.

Positions are available at levels I–III based on experience, with compensation determined during interview. The role requires operating forklifts and related equipment, adherence to safety procedures, and cross-training across warehouse functions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, receiving, or material-handling.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, stand-up lifts, or similar equipment.
  • Familiarity with Kanban, JIT, and FIFO.
  • Experience with warehouse or inventory-management systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially inventory accuracy and part-number verification.
  • Basic math, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain required certifications for equipment.

Description
Position Overview

Electric Mirror is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support our manufacturing and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, movement, picking, and distribution of materials throughout the organization.

This position may be filled at the Warehouse Specialist I, II, or III level based on experience, skills, and demonstrated qualifications. Final level and compensation will be determined during the interview and selection process.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, process, store, and distribute materials, supplies, finished goods, and returned products.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and issue materials to support production needs.
  • Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, job-order, and warehouse system transactions.
  • Support inventory control and material-flow processes, including Kanban, JIT, and FIFO.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, stand-up lifts, reach trucks, and other material-handling equipment as required.
  • Communicate material shortages, discrepancies, and priorities with warehouse and production teams.
  • Maintain accurate a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Follow Data Entry Procedures to maintain inventory integrity
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse processes.
  • Cross-train within warehouse functions and assist other departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Levels
Warehouse Specialist I
  • 1–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • Performs core warehouse functions with training and guidance, including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and material movement
  • Developing proficiency in warehouse systems, equipment, inventory transactions, and standard warehouse processes
  • Identifies and communicates routine material shortages, discrepancies, or other issues to senior team members
  • Demonstrates the ability to follow established safety, inventory-control, and material-flow procedures while developing skills across warehouse functions
  • Operates assigned material-handling equipment safely after completing required training and certifications
Warehouse Specialist II
  • 3–4 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • Independently performs a broad range of warehouse functions with limited supervision
  • Demonstrates working proficiency in warehouse systems, equipment, inventory control, and material-flow processes
  • Independently verifies materials, quantities, locations, and transactions and investigates routine discrepancies
  • Assists with training and cross-training and identifies opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, material flow, and warehouse organization
  • Recognizes material-flow issues that may affect production and communicates priorities, shortages, and potential delays proactively
Warehouse Specialist III
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency across warehouse functions and serves as a resource to other warehouse team members
  • Handles complex inventory, material-flow, and operational issues with a high degree of independence
  • Troubleshoots recurring discrepancies, production-impacting shortages, and system or process issues; escalates advanced issues appropriately
  • Supports training, process improvements, special projects, and operational priorities while exercising sound judgment with minimal supervision
  • May take a lead role in special warehouse projects, inventory activities, process changes, or other operational assignments
Requirements
Qualifications

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed on the production and warehouse floor 100% of the time.
  • Ability to stand/walk for approximately 8–10 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds independently; heavier items require assistance.
  • Ability to demonstrate appropriate hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Must follow all company safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Monday-Thursday 6:00 am – 3:30 pm, Friday 6:00 am – 10:00 am
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Expected hours: 40 per week
  • Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 / hour

Starting compensation and placement at the Warehouse Specialist I, II, or III level will be based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and demonstrated proficiency.
