Tarbell Management Group in Hogansburg, NY seeks a Warehouse Associate to fully stock production lines and pick, pull, and ship orders. You will uphold quality standards and safety while collaborating with the Warehouse Manager in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This full-time role offers a steady schedule with benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) with company match. Base pay is $18.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow in a community-focused operation.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Organizing the warehouse based on production needs.
• Verifying and receiving all raw materials on inbound freight carriers.
• Assist in managing and maintaining the stamp inventory system and controls.
• Assist in managing and maintaining sample request system and controls.
• Ensuring any visible damages are noted on the bill of lading when receiving from a carrier.
• Pulling necessary raw materials to stock the production floor.
• Processing customer orders (pick slips) and staging on pallets, verifying for accuracy.
• Take weight, height, width, and case count information per pallet and email to Customer Experience.
• Adhere PRO stickers and shipping documentation to wrapped pallets.
• Maintaining FIFO and rotation finished goods inventory.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and assist with production demands.
• Assist with weekly/monthly inventory and tracking of finished goods and raw materials.
• Report inventory discrepancies and damages to Warehouse Manager.
• Coordinate and deliver local orders to stores as required.
• Ensure preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Receive inventory in ACCPAC in supervisor's absence.
