Job summary

Eagle Claw Fishing Tackle, a long-standing maker of fishing gear in the U.S., is seeking a warehouse associate to unload, store, and move inventory, assemble parts, and fill orders. The role requires operating material handling equipment and following safety regulations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will contribute to accurate stock counts, assist in shipping/receiving, and participate in assembly tasks. This on-site position offers benefits and potential growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reading and writing skills in English to understand and follow basic instructions.
• Good visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Able to learn to use an RF scanner, calculator and computer.
• Able to read illustrations and follow setup and assembly instructions.
• Experience and knowledge of electric, air, and hand tools and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Unload material from truck and load material using equipment.
• Check-in product from purchase orders.
• Replenish and stock from incoming freight and containers.
• Move product within the warehouse using equipment and follow safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts with cycle counts and audits.
• Fill customer orders with RF scanner.
• Build parts and assemble finished product as part of assembly team.
• Support freight order processing, receiving, shipping, picking/packing and assembly tasks.
