Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain inventory accuracy, order and stock materials, and support field teams with timely material delivery.

The role requires strong computer skills, organization, and the ability to drive and operate warehouse equipment. Prior Service Titan experience is a plus, with opportunities for career growth within the Ace network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of warehouse inventory experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and inventory systems.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with installation manager and sales team to prepare materials for jobs.
• Order material and maintain adequate stock in the warehouse and on the trucks.
• Deliver parts to technicians in the field.
• Perform physical inventory monthly.
• Ensure all materials and equipment for jobs are ordered and in the warehouse prior to the installation date.
• Pull items for job readiness and assist field personnel with loading and departures.
• Maintain vehicles so they are safe and roadworthy.
• Receive purchase orders and manage vendor communication.
