Job summary

Air Liquide Dallas is seeking a Warehouse Specialist II to manage shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced chemical center. The role emphasizes accurate paperwork, compliance with GHS labeling, and safe operation of powered equipment. Strong organizational and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, using the WMS, and supporting waste reduction programs while ensuring a clean, safe work environment for extended hours including holidays/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and minimum 3 years experience in the chemicals or compressed gases field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete shipments of Hazardous materials for customer orders using FEFO (First expiry / first out).
• Generate BOLs for shipment.
• Operate inbound material offload and perform quality inspection against carrier documentation.
• Use the WMS and RF scanners to stage material into bin locations.
• Follow safety standards and comply with procedures.
