Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking a CSR/Logistics Coordinator/Waste Management professional to support customer-site operations. You will oversee hazardous waste handling, maintain regulatory compliance, and coordinate with TSDF, carriers, and sales teams to ensure timely waste profiling and pickup schedules.

The role requires knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and EPA regulations, plus experience with MS Office, UVX, AS400, and Access for data management. A CDL may be required depending on site needs.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of MS Office, UVX, and AS400.
• Ability to use Access for database management and reporting.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Act as CSR/Logistics Coordinator for customer-site work.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments and perform daily readiness checks.
• Prepare shipping paperwork for hazardous waste and coordinate with TSDF and customers.
• Schedule and coordinate waste pickups and calendar-based pickups.
• Perform site inspections and audits and ensure compliance with RCRA, DOT, and EPA regulations.
