Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Specialist I for the third shift in our Kentucky facility. Starting pay is $19.00/hour with increases to $22.55/hour after achieving 100% production goals, plus incentives.

Schedule runs Mon- Fri with a 2:00am start or Tue-Fri starting at 12:00am; 60 days of benefits and paid holidays after 90 days. Join our safety-focused, team-driven environment. You’ll handle loading, inventory verification, and equipment operation in Dry, Refrigerated, or Freezer

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections and lift 50 pounds or more.
• At least 1 year of distribution warehouse experience, including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, or forklift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, move product between loading dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort, and stack product.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders; remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
