• Pay rate: Training - $18.00 per hour - $21.35 per hour, with potential of additional pay incentives.

Essential Job Functions:

• Select product and load truck using scan technology.


• Move product between the loading dock and warehouse.


• Shrink wrap and label selected orders.


• Work in multiple areas of the warehouse including dry, refrigerated, perishables, and freezer locations.


• When working in the freezer, McLane provides freezer suites, hats, and gloves.


• Clean spacious warehouse.


• Flexible, 4-day weekly schedule starting at 8am or 10am - be home with your family every night.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.


• Prior experience with operating a reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift for one year
