Under limited supervision of the Logistics Supervisor, you will provide logistics support including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping, and receiving of orders to meet productivity and quality goals. You will also assist with forecasting and requisition of serialized and non-serialized materials, and be involved in convertor staging, cleaning, and screening processes.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, store, package, load, and ship inventory items such as cable converter boxes, broadband modems, fiber cables, installation kits, network hardware, telephones, and accessories.
• Prepare, maintain, and file forms for material movement and transactions.
• Ensure accuracy in all receiving and shipping transactions and track inventory movement from receipt to shipment.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts, verify counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Train new Logistics Specialists as needed.
• Operate vehicles safely, including pre/post-trips and record keeping.
• Deliver materials and equipment accurately and safely.
• Maintain inventory control and receive supplies from suppliers.
• Issue supplies to field personnel.
• Perform maintenance and calibration of vehicles, forklifts, tools, and warehouse facilities.
• Prepare damaged or scrap materials for return shipping and repair.
• Clean, test, and reconfigure customer premise equipment and power cords.
• Package customer orders and bulk items for contractors or other warehouses.
• Operate forklifts following safety protocols, including daily checks and maintenance.
• Transport inventory to other warehouses or customer locations as needed.
• Perform other logistics and warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Effective prioritization and organization skills.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics and electronics.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adherence to safety procedures and proper equipment use.
• Skill in using small hand tools.
• Ability to operate vehicles and forklifts safely.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Reliable attendance for scheduled hours.
