Job description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

DUTIES:

  • Cross trained and working at or above standard in at least 3 different job functions.
  • Demonstrated experience and willingness to work in any department where cross trained and on any shift on a as needed basis.
  • Trains others on a variety of warehouse functions
  • Processes, generates, and interprets various documents which require span of operational knowledge beyond basic functions.
  • Perform back up responsibilities for Team Lead and/or Supervisor.
  • Assist with generating and summarizing warehouse related data including running reports and making decisions and recommendations based on the data.
  • Ability to be a machine driver on several different types of equipment.
  • Often participates in special projects and performs other duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Expanded computer skills beyond A-system.
  • Able to pass machine driver safety training for all required equipment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Good written, math and computer skills.
  • Detail oriented and flexible.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
