Job summary

The Staff Pad in Detroit, MI is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support logistics and sales at our Detroit location. The role emphasizes maintaining customer service standards and clear communication with management while handling shipping, receiving, and stocking duties.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM hours, Monday through Friday. Candidates should have a high school diploma, warehouse experience, and familiarity with ERP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of low-voltage products preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers while upholding company standards.
• Maintain showroom and warehouse standards in accordance with safety and appearance guidelines.
• Complete required regulatory training, including Hazmat and forklift training.
• Maintain clear communication with Branch and Corporate Management regarding outcomes, discrepancies, safety concerns, and potential issues.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, packaging equipment, and related machinery as applicable.
• Use ERP, HCM, and Microsoft Office systems.
