Job summary

VETERINARY SERVICE INC in Mandan, ND is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support outbound warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, and other general duties to ensure accurate and timely customer deliveries.

Responsibilities include receiving, cycle counts, returns processing, lot tracking, discrepancy resolution, and maintaining inventory accuracy in the ERP system, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• More than three years’ work experience in shipping/warehouse environment required.
• Forklift driving experience required.
• Farm experience and animal health knowledge a plus.
• Attention to detail, good attendance, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull products from warehouse shelves accurately and efficiently.
• Package products carefully for shipment to customers.
• Label and stock shelves with newly received inventory.
• Prepare and load LTL shipments.
• Generate accurate invoices for customer shipments.
• Track shipments with shipping carriers as needed.
• Receive inventory into the ERP system and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
